Job Summary:

About the Role:

As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers. You will work closely with our dynamic team to maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure that each customer has a personalized and educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all customers
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to make informed recommendations to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and services
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of visual merchandising displays and promotions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous retail industry/customer services experience
  • A passion for beauty and a desire to understand customer skin and makeup goals
  • An approachable and friendly personality with excellent communication skills
  • Confidence in speaking to customers and understanding their needs
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
