As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for creating delivery excellence across assigned projects, providing certainty and confidence to our customers, and robust control of project scope, schedule, cost, and risk.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement project delivery strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and risk to ensure delivery within budget and on time.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project delivery processes.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in EPC delivery and project management.
  • Strong engineering and project delivery skills, with a focus on cost, resource, schedule, and risk management.
  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of site quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in change management and a strong advocate of GPS principles.
  • Strong scientific and engineering credibility to effectively interface with and influence key stakeholders.
  • Broad knowledge of professional engineering environments, associated disciplines, and commercial awareness.
