Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Oversee the daily coordination of homecare pharmacy services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of medications and nurse-administered care.
  • Work closely with logistics partners to schedule deliveries, manage stock, and optimize patient care logistics.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Operations to explore ways to improve processes through automation, efficiency, and cost reduction.
  • Ensure adherence to regulations, including GDPR and the Human Medicines Regulations, while maintaining the highest standards of patient confidentiality and safety.
