Job Title: Aerospace & Defence Business Development Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the salon industry. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing salons, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing strategies to maximize sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive sales and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing salons, identifying opportunities for growth and development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to secure new salon partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to drive sales and revenue
  • Provide expert knowledge and support to salons on ghd products and services, ensuring a premium brand experience
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of salon partnerships, sales data, and marketing campaigns
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with salons and promote ghd products and services
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the salon industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Passion for the ghd brand and products
