We're on the hunt for a talented Bar Trainer to join our dynamic team at Hickory's Smokehouse. As a Bar Trainer, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

About You

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Bar Trainer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing expert knowledge of our drinks menu and making recommendations to customers
  • Upselling and promoting our BBQ classics and drinks
  • Ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
