  • Manage a team of housekeepers, ensuring efficient cleaning and maintenance routines.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Care for fine fabrics, furnishings, and surfaces.
  • Assist the House Manager in all operational aspects.
  • Prepare light breakfasts on Sundays as needed.
  • Provide front-of-house support and train temporary staff when required.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will have experience in senior housekeeping positions.
  • A willingness to remain hands-on, leading by example and contributing to daily duties.
  • Excellent housekeeping skills, with laundry experience a significant advantage.
  • Strong English proficiency, confident in communicating with clients, visitors, and contractors.
  • Flexibility, hard work, and strong leadership qualities are essential.
  • Computer literacy and technical aptitude are required.

Working Arrangements:

  • Non-visit: 5 days per week, with some weekend working on a rota (yet to be finalised).
  • Visit: 6 days per week, with mixed days off under a sensible rota system.

We Offer:

  • An estimated salary range of £55,000-£60,000 per annum.
