About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our LGBTQ+ Young Peoples Service as an LGBTQ+ Youth Worker. This key role involves designing and delivering high-quality youth programs, supervising staff and volunteers, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative youth support strategies that align with our organization's mission.
- Mentor and supervise staff and volunteers to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional care.
- Cultivate partnerships with community organizations, schools, and healthcare providers to enhance our services.
- Contribute to service development and evaluation initiatives.
Salary Range
The annual salary for this position is approximately £41,500, reflecting the level of expertise and experience required.
