About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Representative at Nationwide Building Society. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to members across various channels, including in-branch, phone, and online.
  • Process transactions and educate customers on our digital services and easier ways to bank with us.
  • Deal with customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
