Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fire Compliance Officer to join our Assets and Compliance Team at Caredig, a leading independent housing association. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Fire Risk Assessment Programme Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive Fire Risk Assessment programme to identify and mitigate potential fire hazards in our properties.
  2. Technical Support: Provide expert technical support for Fire-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  3. Collaboration and Liaison: Work closely with staff, contractors, and tenants to ensure effective communication and coordination on Fire safety matters.
  4. Regulatory Compliance: Lead on the delivery of works to comply with the latest Fire safety regulations and Building fire strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant Fire safety qualification at NEBOSH level or above.
  • Relevant Fire safety management experience.
