About the Role
NHS Scotland is seeking a skilled Pharmacist Leader to join our team in Port Glasgow Health Centre. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in improving medicines management and delivering excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with GPs and primary care teams to develop and implement effective medicines management strategies.
- Support the delivery of the pharmacotherapy service as part of the GP practice GMS contract.
- Develop your own clinical caseload in line with Achieving Excellence strategy objectives.
- Take on a prescribing role and provide expert clinical advice to patients and healthcare professionals.
