Class 1 HGV Driver Opportunity

Job Description:

This Class 1 HGV driver role is available for nationwide deliveries. As a Class 1 HGV driver with Quality Service Recruitment, you will be working as part of a team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. You will be working in our clients new curtain sided wagons, with no handball involved. You will be required to pull your curtains back, have good paperwork skills, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Information:

This is an ongoing role with a genuine chance for a permanent contract. The role is temporary, with shifts working Monday to Friday. You will be paid at an hourly rate of £15ph PAYE, with 28 days of holiday. If you have an ADR licence, you could also expect to earn more. Umbrella payments are also available at £16.94ph.

Requirements:

To be considered, you must have the following qualifications:

• A C+E Licence (HGV Class 1)

• Hold a CPC card

• Hold a Digi tacho card

• No DR/DD convictions and/or disqualification

Working Hours:

Shifts will begin between 05:00 - 07:00 and last an average of 10-12 hours in a day. The more availability you have, the better your chances of securing long term runs.
