About the Role:


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Teacher to join our team at a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Dorking.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum to primary-aged children (KS1 or KS2)
  • Supporting the individual learning needs of students to promote confidence, progress, and a love for learning
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
  • Building strong relationships with parents, carers, and the local community to support pupil development
  • Actively participating in school life, including extra-curricular activities, events, and initiatives


Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting (Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2)
  • Excellent classroom management skills and a passion for inclusive education
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A commitment to your own professional development and to contributing positively to the school community
