About the Opportunity
  • Flexible Schedule: 35-hour workweek with a tailored schedule.

  • Career Growth Opportunities: Ability to assist in the day-to-day operations of a nursing home and deputise in the Registered Manager's absence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Registered Manager in managing and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team while ensuring high-quality care for residents.
  • Maintain visibility during key shifts, including a minimum of two weekend days per month and occasional nights.
Requirements and Benefits
  • Essential Qualifications: Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with a current pin.
  • Experience: In a care home setting.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and attention to detail.
