We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Block Property Manager to join our team at JLD Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Block Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of residential blocks and estates, comprising of low and high rise blocks, new builds, purpose built and converted properties.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding levels of customer service to our clients
- Manage a mixed portfolio of residential blocks and estates, currently around 1600 units in the office and around 50 total properties
- Ensure full compliance of sites with current legislation and H&S
- Manage contractors and works in the communal parts of the estates
- Attend AGM meetings periodically
- ATPI qualification or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar property management role
- Full driving licence
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Ability to travel for client and resident meetings regularly
