As a Senior Block Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of residential blocks and estates, comprising of low and high rise blocks, new builds, purpose built and converted properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding levels of customer service to our clients
  • Manage a mixed portfolio of residential blocks and estates, currently around 1600 units in the office and around 50 total properties
  • Ensure full compliance of sites with current legislation and H&S
  • Manage contractors and works in the communal parts of the estates
  • Attend AGM meetings periodically
Requirements
  • ATPI qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar property management role
  • Full driving licence
  • Flexible approach to working hours
  • Ability to travel for client and resident meetings regularly
