Electrical Senior Supervisor Job Description

At Morrison Utility Services Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Senior Supervisor to join our team. As part of our Energy team, the Senior Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing and managing our UKPN project delivery within the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of technicians to ensure high performance, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful execution and completion within deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project workflow, resolve issues, and maintain effective communication.
  • Monitor and enforce quality standards and procedures to ensure all work meets regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Conduct safety meetings, training sessions, and risk assessments, and implement safety initiatives to minimize workplace hazards.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of successful project completion.
  • Flexibility to travel to project sites and work outside regular business hours, if required.
