About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Tunstall Healthcare Ltd. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for providing effective credit control across the business, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the timely collection of the debtor's ledger in accordance with company policy
- Maintain customer satisfaction while managing circa 2,000 credit accounts and collecting approximately £70 million

Requirements:

- Previous credit control experience is essential
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with financial and CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain good customer relationships, both internally and externally
