Project Manager

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team at Kenton Black. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
* Manage project teams, including contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
* Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
* Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

**Requirements**

* Previous main contractor experience is essential
* Minimum 5 years in a senior project/contracts manager role is essential
* Working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts is preferable
* SMSTS and First Aid certifications are required
* Full UK driving license is required

**What We Offer**

* Salary: Up to £65,000 dependent on experience
