Tudor Employment Agency is seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our prestigious client based in Nottingham. This is a temporary to permanent position that offers a challenging and rewarding role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate and check weekly and monthly tonnage reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support the purchase ledger management team in maintaining internal controls and reconciling supplier statements.
- Manage invoice queries with suppliers and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in the generation of monthly client invoices, sales invoices, and recycling centre subcontractor payments.
- Provide administrative support for the Contract Head Office as needed, including reception and administrative duties.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar field.
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience handling large amounts of data and maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Google Mail, and creating professional emails.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm. Salary: £11.80 per hour.
