Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to provide comprehensive Expense Management and Business Partnering support to the Allianz UK Change, IT and Central functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting of actual expense position with insightful narratives, forecasting & planning, and supporting financial appraisals including benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting and Analysis: Ownership of reporting of month-end expense results with insightful analysis and narrative
- Stakeholder Management: Meeting and presenting to stakeholders ranging from peers to ExCom members both in and outside of the Finance function
- Forecasting and Planning: Creation of forecasts and annual plans inline with local and Group expectations
- Ad-hoc Queries and Analysis: Ad-hoc queries and analysis
- Financial Acumen: Good working knowledge of management accounting practices including capitalisation
- Data Integration and Problem Solving: Data integration and problem-solving
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to deal with ambiguity and manage different points of views to achieve the best outcome for the business
- Technical Skills: Ability to interrogate large volumes of data and present as something meaningful
- IT Skills: Strong IT skills across Microsoft product suite
- SAP Experience: SAP experience preferable
