About the Role

Tesco's pharmacy team is at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for a talented Pharmacy Manager to join our team.

As a Pharmacy Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our customers and colleagues. You'll be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and supporting them in delivering exceptional patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of pharmacists and support them in delivering exceptional patient care and services
  • Develop and implement plans to improve pharmacy services and patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as security, stock replenishment, and administration, to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for our customers and patients
  • Use a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available and meet customer needs

Requirements

  • Pharmacy degree
  • Passion for leading and empowering a team
  • Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willing to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme
  • DBS check (organised by us)
