Job Title: Pharmacist Role in Outpatient Setting

Job Summary:

As a Pharmacist in the outpatient setting, you will be responsible for providing exceptional professional pharmacy services. Your focus will be on acting as Responsible Pharmacist, supporting the Senior Pharmacist, and contributing to the development of the business. You will help ensure a high-quality patient and customer experience is maintained.

Person Specification:

* Demonstrable ability to meet the Trust Values
* Masters degree or equivalent in pharmacy
* Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
* Mandatory CPD to maintain fitness to practice
* Experience of patient counselling
* Completed audit and used to improve practice
* Desirable: experience of working in a hospital environment
