Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Procurement Specialist to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. As a Specialist Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for purchasing all pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical stock across our campus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing and managing stock levels to ensure optimal inventory control
  • Researching and sourcing alternative products to meet business needs
  • Effective communication with colleagues to ensure seamless stock management
  • Overseeing the management of Pharmacy IT systems related to ordering, receipting, and stock control

Requirements:

  • Pharmacy NVQ3, BTEC, or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC)
  • Experience in hospital pharmacy, with a focus on purchasing and stock management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in IT systems and software
