Job Title: Production Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to work in our production team as a full-time Manufacturing Specialist in Carlisle.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization and be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment efficiently and safely
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets

Working Hours:

  • Full-time hours (6am until 6pm)
  • 4 ON 4 OFF shift pattern available with £1.10 shift allowance
  • Weekend shifts may be required

Compensation:

  • Basic rate: £11.53 per hour
  • Overtime rate: up to £14.41 per hour
