Job Title: HR Administrator

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Manpower UK. As an HR Administrator, you will provide critical support to our HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR transactional services, including payroll processing, employee data management, and benefits administration.
  • Support the UK HR Manager in the coordination of recruitment activity, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Manage HR documentation, including employee contracts, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, report generation, and filing.
Requirements:
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good working knowledge of HR Management systems and employment legislation.
  • Experience in HR administration, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Certificate in HR practice or equivalent.
