We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Weekend Night Porter at Ye Olde Griffin Hotel in Cambridgeshire. As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and colleagues.
About the Role- Assist with the upkeep of the hotel's public areas, including the bar, restaurant, and bedrooms.
- Ensure that all areas are clean and tidy, and that any issues are reported to the management team.
- Provide excellent customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the hotel's team to achieve our goals and objectives.
