Job Title: Maintenance Support Engineer Team Leader

Location: Holyhead, Anglesey

Salary: £37,365

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week (flexible shifts with a 2pm finish on Fridays) + optional overtime

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Support Engineer Team Leader to join our team at our Holyhead depot. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our maintenance team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting data correction, documentation checks, and IMS test script development and execution
  • Providing on-site IMS support, mentoring, and issue resolution
  • Ensuring personnel are authorised, trained, and comply with safety regulations for maintenance activities
  • Collaborating with Maintenance Operations Centre, Production planning Cell Core Team, and RAF Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) teams

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience as the primary point of contact (POC) for all MSE actions and issues arising from meetings, including Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) meetings
  • Previous experience in leading and developing staff, collaborating with team leaders, and engaging with other members of the management team
  • Training in an Aircraft related discipline to City and Guilds 2675 Level 3 or equivalent (e.g. Aero NVQ Level 3)
  • Knowledge of MAA Regulatory frameworks

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain standard BPSS Clearance.
