**Job Title:** Weekend Assistant - Optical Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Optical Assistant to join our team at Specsavers Pembroke Dock. As an Optical Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with patient consultations, eye tests, and spectacles dispensing
  • Maintain high standards of optical knowledge and stay up-to-date with product information
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints promptly
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve store targets and objectives
  • Contribute to the upkeep of the store's visual displays and maintain a clean and tidy working environment

Requirements:

Essential skills and qualifications include previous experience as an Optical Assistant, good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 per annum, which is estimated based on national averages for this role.
