Chief Property Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to become a key member of our Senior Management Team as Chief Property Strategist. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring services to tenants are of a high standard as expected by the community we serve.

You will be responsible for leading the property management team, ensuring that all properties meet the highest standards and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, with a strong understanding of best practices and regulatory requirements. You will be a strategic thinker, able to develop and implement effective property management strategies that meet the needs of our tenants and stakeholders.

The salary for this role is estimated to be £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
