Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team in Belfast, Northern Ireland and Dublin, Ireland. The successful candidate will undertake servicing, fault finding & repairs of complex automated equipment and machinery.

About the Role
  • Perform mechanical and electrical fault finding and repairs to maintain system integrity.
  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to optimize system performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing and delivering improvements through supply chain engineering service contracts, strong communication skills, and relevant service engineering experience in material handling, FMCG, or manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Servicing, fault finding, and repairs of complex automated equipment and machinery.
  2. Maintenance of safety and well-being of yourself and others, adhering to all relevant Health & Safety legislation.
  3. Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to make recommendations for improvements to optimize system performance.
Requirements
  • NVQ, C&G, Diploma, or equivalent in electrical engineering, electro-mechanical, service engineering, or related field.
  • Relevant service engineering experience, particularly in material handling, FMCG, manufacturing environments.
  • Experience working with complex capital equipment and machinery.
What We Offer

Excellent overtime opportunities available, with 1.5x pay for regular hours and 2x pay for Sundays. A salary of £45,000 + (£55,000+ possible) makes this an attractive opportunity for experienced engineers.
