Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project delivery and ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide timely updates and ensure their IT systems operate smoothly.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to install, configure, and deploy software.
  • Plan and coordinate the deployment and implementation of hardware and software.
  • Configure and set up new users, hardware, and software.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Document and update records pertaining to supported networks and devices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an IT support environment, preferably within an MSP.
  • Strong customer service skills, organizational abilities, and communication skills.
  • Technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Windows 10.
  • Project management skills and ability to provide training and support.

Location: Eynsham (office-based with site visits as required)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 dependant on experience
