Job Overview:
As a key member of the Transformation Unit, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to support the Private Patient Team within the Ambulatory Care Division at the Nottingham NHS Treatment Centre. This exciting opportunity involves overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the Private Patient department and supporting supervision in the absence of Service Manager.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive administration service to ensure that all patients are treated in a professional and courteous manner. They will be responsible for ensuring accurate work is completed in a timely manner and providing support to the Service Manager and Private Patients Matron. The role will involve flexible working hours, including evenings and Saturdays, and requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skill Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English. You should also have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification by experience and knowledge. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office packages, are essential, as well as experience of managing own workload and decision making.

Salary and Benefits:
This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £26,530 - £29,114 per annum, plus benefits such as flexible working hours and opportunities for continued learning and development.
