About the Role
We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Retail Advisor to join our team at EE. As a Retail Advisor, you'll be the face of our brand, working with customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work with customers to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and services, using this knowledge to make informed recommendations to customers.
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
