Hybrid Legal Counsel Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Hybrid Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Transactions team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on national and international commercial contracts and collaborating with the UK Legal team to ensure seamless contract execution and negotiation.

About the Role
This is a hybrid position that involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TransUnion office location for a minimum of two days a week. You will work closely with the UK Legal team's Product and Regulatory Lawyers to assist in the automation of contract production and creation of knowledge management systems. Your expertise will also be required to assist junior team members in their professional development.

Responsibilities
- Providing expert advice on national and international commercial contracts
- Collaborating with the UK Legal team to develop and implement contract negotiation strategies
- Assisting junior team members in their professional development

Requirements
- 4 years post-qualification experience, ideally with some from within an in-house environment
- Experience of working in or advising the legal function of an information services company and/or regulated financial services business
- Strong understanding of commercial law and contract negotiation
