About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Boston Hale. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in leveraging data to drive decision-making and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use data mining to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns
  • Organise and transform information into comprehensible structures
  • Use data to predict trends in the customer base
  • Perform statistical analysis of data
  • Use tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats
  • Prepare reports and present these to internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and cleanse data quality
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments and capabilities across the business

Requirements:

  • Strong SQL and data manipulation skills, with deep knowledge of relevant relational databases
  • A solid understanding of data sources, data organization, and storage
  • In-depth knowledge of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques
  • Strong reporting and visualisation tools such as Business Objects, PowerBI, and Tableau
  • Understanding of ETL framework and ETL tools, including DBT and Microsoft SSIS
  • Analytical mindset
