Job Summary:
We are seeking a Logistics & Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team at ISQ Recruitment ltd. The successful candidate will have experience in logistics, manufacturing, or similar environments and will be responsible for improving material flow, designing efficient layouts, and identifying opportunities for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize material flow, layouts, and processes across the plant.
• Drive efficiency and cost-saving initiatives, achieving measurable improvements year on year.
• Investigate issues, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate with project management, IT, and operations teams to deliver solutions.
• Monitor and report on key metrics to ensure alignment with operational goals.

Requirements:
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or similar environments.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree in a related field is preferred but not essential.
