At AXA, we're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our SME Intermediary Sales team as a Business Development Representative.

The role involves building productive relationships with our intermediaries and ensuring the achievement of financial targets.

You'll grow the relationship between AXA Health and our key intermediaries, focusing on the SME PMI market.

Your key responsibilities will include cross-selling other products to intermediaries, maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our database and systems, and being compliant with the Financial Conduct Authority guidelines and the Data Protection Act.

Additionally, you'll be expected to have a pro-active approach to managing relationships and taking advantage of every sales opportunity.

Competencies required for this role include competency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

We offer a competitive annual salary of up to £33,000 dependent on experience, as well as an annual company and performance-based bonus.

The successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years, and an annual declaration in interim years.
