Job Title: 4D Visualizer

Our client, a leading gold value-added reseller of industry software, IT hardware, infrastructure, consultancy, and data service solutions, is seeking an accomplished Architecture, Engineering and Construction AEC Application Engineer to drive their business forward.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled 4D Planner / Visualizer to join our team. As a 4D Visualizer, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining 4D models throughout key milestones of a project, from pre-construction to handover and delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain 4D construction models using Synchro 4D.
  • Integrate project program information with design models using Synchro 4D to create time-based simulations.
  • Conduct 'what if' scenarios using Synchro 4D.
  • Develop high-quality 3D models and renderings of construction projects.
  • Model 3D geometry, phased logistics, and temporary works to a brief using 3DSMax.
  • Create animated walkthroughs and flyovers of construction projects to demonstrate how the final product will look and function.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure that the 4D Model & 3D visualizations accurately represent their project plans.
  • Produce visual materials that effectively communicate design concepts and project plans.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience working in a Synchro & 3Ds Max visualisation role in the construction industry.
  • Experience in Synchro, 3Dsmax essential, Navisworks, Solibri, Revit desirable.
  • Utilize Adobe After Effects for post-production work, including compositing, motion graphics, and visual effects.
  • BIM Coordination, CAD Technician, 3D artist, visualisation within the construction industry background ideal.
  • You will ideally come from an architectural, construction, or engineering or 3D/4D CAD background.
