Business Change Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Change Manager to join our team in central London. As a Business Change Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing change activity across the Network by applying the Business Change framework, tools, and methodology to help the business understand, prepare, adopt, and embed change.

The successful candidate will provide change management support, training, guidance, and assurance to deliver change in a way that minimizes disruption to operational delivery, builds capabilities, and realizes benefits. You will work closely with Business Change Leads and/or Project/Programme Managers to deliver effective business change interventions and ensure that all benefits are identified and realized.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing the business change framework, toolkit, templates, and approaches to deliver change management support and guidance
  • Ensuring rigorous, objective business change documents are created and updated
  • Developing business change solutions or interventions to help overcome potential barriers and improve performance
  • Working with Regional Change Teams to build their change management capability and facilitate the use of consistent Business Change tools and techniques
  • Actively engaging and coaching those responsible for delivery of programmes and projects in the application of good change management

We are looking for a candidate with experience of facilitating groups, balancing conflicting opinions, resolving disputes, and building consensus. You should also have experience of listening and understanding the needs and experiences of customers and using these to develop solutions or interventions to improve performance and achieve organizational outcomes.

A competitive salary, Alpha civil service pension, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, and annual salary increases (until top end of salary band is reached) are on offer for the right candidate.
