Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Head of Bids and Tendering, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the department. This includes proactive diary management, meeting organisation, and expense management. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organised, and able to work with complete confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactive diary management and meeting organisation
* Expense management and approvals
* Administrative support to the Head of Bids and Tendering
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
* Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements

* 3+ years of PA/secretarial experience
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
* Ability to work with complete confidentiality
* Proficient in Office 365, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
* Experience with SharePoint, preferably advanced level
