Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team in Central London, with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.

This permanent role will involve overseeing grid services across the UK and EMEA region, managing medium to large-scale projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Risk Management: Managing risks related to cost, schedule, and quality throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, and client satisfaction.
  • Project Execution: Overseeing the day-to-day execution of projects, including financial metrics, planning, scheduling, and staffing.
  • Technical Coordination: Coordinating technical requirements relating to grid and substation projects.
  • Business Development: Obtaining new/repeat business and supporting contract negotiations.

You will be responsible for leading teams of multi-discipline professionals and coordinating the activities of third-party companies contributing to project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in grid and/or substation projects, a proven background in managing and leading teams, and excellent communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including life assurance cover, permanent health insurance, holidays, and professional subscription reimbursement.
