Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rowing Coach to fill a part-time position at Haberdashers' Monmouth Schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching to pupils, supporting the Director of Rowing in achieving exceptional results.

In this role, you will take ownership of the training and development of a specific year group or crew, collaborating with the Director of Rowing to set clear goals and objectives. Your duties will also include attending events and staying updated with essential certifications such as First Aid and Life Saving.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £18.25-£21.33, translating to a monthly income of approximately £413.75-£498.65 based on 92 hours of work per month. The working hours will be 23 hours a week during term time, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
