Their services in Pembrokeshire help vulnerable adults and young people, who are homeless or are threatened with homelessness, to live independently.

As a support worker, you will be an integral part of their team, providing consistency to their service users when permanent staff are absent.

You can choose to work at one of their services or across all of their services countywide, with the flexibility to work days, evenings, or nights, or a mixture of all three.

Your tasks will vary depending on the time and day you work, offering a range of exciting new opportunities to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a young person to make a GP appointment.
  • Complete health and safety and fire safety checks.
  • Help someone tidy their home.
  • Assist with a benefit claim.
  • Work with other professionals.
  • Create action and safety plans.

What You Will Need To Succeed:

  • Reliable and motivated with a desire to learn.
  • Able to follow policy and procedure to keep people safe.
  • Empathetic and creative with a can-do attitude.
  • Resilient and calm under pressure.
  • Able to communicate positively.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence

You will be part of a team that inspires the people we support to be ambitious and embrace new opportunities. We enable the people we support to have new experiences and develop new skills to become independent and make a positive contribution to society.
