About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Toolmaker to join our Engineering Department at Swish Building Products. As a Toolmaker, you will be responsible for repairing, refurbishing, and manufacturing tooling to maximize production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and manufacture tooling to meet production demands
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Self-motivated and task-oriented with a focus on quality
• Ability to work from engineering drawings and specifications
• General machining and bench hand experience essential
• Knowledge of CNC machinery and wire erosion techniques an advantage
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the workshop

Requirements:

• City and Guilds qualification or equivalent
• Time-served Toolmaker with experience in an extrusion/mould shop environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with a focused approach
