About the Role

The GAP Group is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our IT Team in Glasgow. As a key member of our systems development team, you will be responsible for defining the overall structure of our IT systems and processes.

The Role

You will be working closely with our team to improve business efficiency using new and improved systems and technologies. Your primary focus will be on developing our ERP System (Infor M3) by analysing internal processes and requirements and translating these into technical solutions.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Significant background in system improvement projects, ideally involving ERP systems experience in both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
  • Proven ability to analyse business processes and requirements while proposing effective solutions.
  • Ability to create documentation to support the team and end users while supporting change control for systems enhancements.
  • The ability to define scenarios and run structured system testing for new and existing systems.
  • Proven experience in creating and analysing testing schedules within business critical services.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills and experience working with 3rd party vendors and developers.
  • Experience in customer-facing environments and site visits.
