Pathways Through Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced practitioner/manager to join our team as a Team Manager in the Pathways Through Care service. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families.
As a Team Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional care and support. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to improve outcomes for children and families, collaborating with other teams and services, and monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leadership and management, with a focus on developing practice and improving outcomes for children and families. We offer a competitive salary of up to £61,658, flexible working arrangements, and a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave (pro rata) and bank holidays.
