Retail Security Officer Job Description

Job Title: Retail Security Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Security Officer to join our team at BardWood Support Services. As a Retail Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for our staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrolling the retail store premises to prevent and detect any security breaches
  • Investigating disturbances and monitoring entry and exit points
  • Confidently calling for help in emergency situations and operating theft-detecting devices
  • Effectively dealing with large crowds and building positive customer relations

Requirements:

  • SIA License
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
