About the Role:

This Senior Clinical Development Strategist position plays a crucial role in guiding our Development Team's mission to reimagine medicine and improve people's lives.

  • The successful candidate will lead the strategic planning and management of clinical programs, ensuring end-to-end clinical operations.
  • This individual will serve as the main point of contact for Clinical Development associates, providing knowledge on best practices and issue escalation.
  • As a strategic partner, they will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and improve capabilities.
  • The ideal candidate will assess organizational needs, identifying opportunities to enhance medical, scientific, operational, and budget management.
  • With expertise in clinical research and drug development, this leader will develop and maintain a strong portfolio view, leveraging innovative resourcing methodologies to staff programs across all clinical functions.
  • Responsibilities include job profile optimization, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and role onboarding for clinical development associates.
Your Experience:
  • An advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare is required for this position.
  • The ideal candidate should have 7 years of involvement in clinical research or drug development, spanning clinical activities in Phases I-IV.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in conducting clinical trials – planning, implementing, reporting, and publishing.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish strong scientific partnerships with key collaborators.
  • Proficient English language skills are essential.
Estimated Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is €120,000 - €180,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
