Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team at HLW. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality interior design solutions for corporate workplace projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver interior design solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop and present designs to clients and stakeholders.
  • Source and specify materials, furniture, and finishes that meet budget and quality requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainable initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • 0-3 years of professional design experience, preferably with REVIT.
  • Proficiency in computer graphics software, including Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, graphic, and verbal presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of building and building codes, as well as sustainable initiatives such as BREEAM/LEED or equivalent rating systems.
  • Familiarity with construction and furniture costs, MEP systems, and best practices in design and technologies.
  • Material and furniture sourcing, costs, bid process, and applicability knowledge.
