Job Title: Store Director

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Store Director to join our team at Lidl. As a Store Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals and driving sales growth in your store.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

What We Offer
- Competitive salary: £46,000 - £62,000 per annum
- 30-35 days' holiday (pro rata)
- 10% in-store discount
