We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our team within the NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, Intensive Care Unit/High Dependency service & High Acuity Unit BOC. This is a full-time post rotational 12-hour shifts day and nights available Monday to Sunday.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered care to a high standard in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with complex needs.
- Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to a culture of inclusion and diversity within the organization.
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
- At least 3 years of experience working within a Critical Care environment.
- Basic IT skills and proficiency in using electronic patient records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
